Artis Nikita Mirzani menjamin terlapor Vadel Alfajar Bajideh ataupun VAB( 19) hendak masuk penjara terpaut permasalahan dugaan persetubuhan anak terhadap Laura Meizani( LM) ataupun Lolly( 17).
” Aku hanya dapat bilang buat Vadel serta keluarganya, aku jamin kamu masuk penjara, aku jamin,” kata Nikita kepada wartawan di Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan, Jumat.
LM merupakan anak dari Nikita Mirzani.
Nikita berkata kedatangannya ke Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan buat membenarkan pengecekan si anak berjalan mudah dengan didampingi oleh Unit Pelayanan Wanita serta Anak dan Komnas Wanita serta Anak.
Lebih lanjut, ia meyakini Vadel hendak berhadapan langsung secepatnya buat dapat dimintakan penjelasan lebih lanjut.
Ia berharap penyelidikan ini hendak terus tumbuh serta tidak menutup mungkin bertambahnya jumlah terlapor.
” Ya, dapat jadi nanti dibesarkan lagi, pokoknya sih ya, satu keluarganya Vadel,” ucapnya.

Terpisah, Kasie Humas Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan, AKP Nurma Dewi melaporkan hendak memanggil Vadel dalam waktu dekat buat dimintai penjelasan.
” Vadel itu secepatnya, buat apa lambat- laun, sehabis fakta nanti kita bisa, setelah itu saksi- saksi jelas serta memanglah udah dijadwalkan buat dipanggil,” ucapnya.
Polisi lebih dahulu mengecek artis Nikita Mirzani pada Selasa( 17/ 9), terpaut laporan terhadap VA( 19) menimpa permasalahan dugaan persetubuhan anak serta aborsi terhadap putrinya.
Terlapor VA ialah pacar dari anak Nikita Mirzani, ialah Laura Meizani Mawardi ataupun disapa Lolly( 17).
Peristiwa itu diawali pada Januari 2024 di Jalur Bintaro Permai No 5( Bintaro Park View) RT 05/ RW03, Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan.
Atas perbuatannya, pelakon dapat dijerat dengan UU No 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Pergantian UU No 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Proteksi Anak.
Sebagaimana diartikan dalam pasal 76 d UU 35/ 2014 serta ataupun 77 A jo 45 A serta ataupun 421 KUHP jo pasal 60 UU Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang kesehatan serta ataupun pasal 346 KUHP juncto 81.
Ancaman hukuman optimal 15 tahun penjara.
Laporan permasalahan itu tertuang dalam LP/ B/ 2811/ IX/ 2024/ SPKT/ Polres Metro Jaksel/ Polda Metro Jaya.
